The Wet Market
-explore the fish, meat, fruit and vegetable market
Boracay Island has two Wet Markets, where most of trade with fish, meat, fruit, vegetables and everything else can be explored. D'Talipapa in Station 2 area is the biggest one, here is bakery, restaurants as well. And the other is in D'Mall of Boracay, with entrance near to Craft's Supermarket and departement Store. It's busy in the Wet Markets early in the morning when the buyers from the hotels comes in and compete to get the best and most fresh ingredians for their kitchen. More slow and laid back during the day, for so become crawded after sunset.
Well worth to explore, its fun, its interesting and some to learn as well.
Many of the hotels at Boracay offers to make you a special meal, so if you find a fish or a piece of meat that you will like to have as dinner or lunch, dont be afraid to ask the hotel for cooking.
